The most voted option was sexy high school coach, with "Miles dresses as Boomer to mess with him" as a somewhat close second, which honestly would have been really funny to do, but this one probably makes the most sense.
I feel like the most plausible outcome for this scenario is Boomer being a little annoyed that his secret is out, but still happy that Miles lets him indulge in it. The latter, of course, is totally into it too.
Now, how does Miles know? Maybe he's aware of the video, where Karen flat out mentions it, or Boomer just mumbles in his sleep. Up to the viewer.
