Resetting the Balls Deep tier

So, last month I bumped into an issue- as you know, the Balls Deep tier (the one where you get a commission) is limited to 5 patrons. The idea is that this tier would reset at the start of every month so other people would get a chance at getting commissions (in a first come, first serve sort of way).

However, there is no clear method Patreon is offering for resetting the tier at the end of the month and kicking the current patrons off it. I've been told that erasing the tier and putting it back up at the start of the next month should work, but frankly it's a little scary to do that and potentially losing 100 dollars, especially on my first month on the website while I'm getting used to this whole thing, so... I sat on it on October and didn't do it, and did commissions for the same patrons two months in a row. My bad.

So, I'll delete the tier and contact each $20 patron asking them to change their pledge so they don't pay 20 dollars again next month for a commission they won't be getting (or maybe they will if they get to the slots fast enough?)

What complicates things is that a couple patrons unsubbed before I could do this, their slot was up for grabs and someone took it. Which... well, looks like I'll be doing an extra commission for December, but this is something I'd like to avoid since that means I'd have to either do more than five commissions per month (which I don't think I have the time to do) or tell people "whoops sorry the slots were taking without you knowing, thanks for the 20 bucks, sucker". So I'll be communicating this more clearly when I talk to the patrons about their commissions, and add this to the tier rules starting next month.
