70-80% there. Some progress on the inquisitor's animations. Length still has to be expanded but I've meanwhile replaced some loops with short, interesting moments instead. I don't think I can bring this down to fifteen seconds tho.
This stage involves a lot of subjective revisions and gut feelings of what does or doesn't work. Achieving natural pose switches are the biggest challenge so far. Once that's dealt with tho, I'll move on to fine-tuning expressions, background and light.
