Trigger typically kills it on dubs thankfully so you can properly enjoy all the crazy visuals they throw at you. Oh and the VA for the kid that beat up David asked him if he could do a Jojo's reference in that fight...

It's basically a way to record all the senses (so sight, smell, etc.) of a human being and then extract that scrolled BD. After that, other people can basically relive that recording as if they were present themselves. Also, yes, Night City is like hell on earth lmao
