2022-05-28 11:27:22 +0000 UTCNah, even with Chika she was always a cold person. She became softer when she joined the student council where the president was. And idk if you have read the manga or not so I won't spoil, BUT the cold kaguya would have been a little bit more upfront with her feelings. And thus making the confession happen easier.
