One thing i found interesting on rewatches. Yami mentioned in episode 6 that there were other black bulls but they were either on a mission (Nacht), resting ( Henry) or slacking off ( Zora). Always enjoyed the accuracy of that random line from the start of the show

2022-02-01 13:24:24 +0000 UTCI love black clover, there are characters that i don't like but i like asta and the story. Also it's interesting that all black bull members are like main proganoist. Like if you take any of them and put into own story it becames like basic shounen story. Everybody is special and Asta who isn't special comes special for that reason.

My headcanon for asta parents is that since licitas body steals magic, it probably killed whoever Astas dad is and it stole astas magic which is why he is the only person to not have magic in the series. She realized that for Astas safety she had to give him up by leaving him at a church. Shortly after, she met liebe.
