I'm pretty sure it only goes to episode 24 and then episode 24.5 is a recap episode. However you HAVE to watch OVA 3, 4 and 5 as it's a short story of Rimaru as a teacher with the kids. The other 2 are essentially there for fan service but are still fin to watch. Might I suggest that you do 21-24 next and then OVA 3, 4 and 5 in a separate reaction episode? Then depending on if you decide to react to The Slime Diaries or if you watch it in your own time (makes most sense to watch between S1 and S2) then go onto S2? As for whether Milim is a loli is a trickier question to answer. Some say that she is because she has been here for a long time, but to that end I point out the eleven race. Pureblooded elves can live for thousands of years and, in many instances, they consider humans little more than children because the oldest of us rarely live longer than a child of theirs that has yet to reach puberty. That leaves us with the question "What truly is Milim?" Is she actually a loli, taking advantage of her youthful appearance to act like a child and be spoiled like one? Or could she actually be a child despite her time in that world, just one whose ageing process is slow-going or stalled out for some reason? A definitive answer has yet to be confirmed.
