I think if you want to think of weak links you simply need to think of what they are weak at, Nami and Ussop are probably easiest to take out and from enemies who are very powerful the difference in Human level strength is pointless, they both would be one-shot. Close combat is just not good for them, they are for sure the kind that need to stay out of the frontlines when they can but when it comes the "fodder" they can defend themselves when it comes to. Robin is in a similar pickle, she seems great for taking out "fodder" but against main opponents it wouldn't work out. I think Brook, Franky, and chopper have a way better chance to hold their own for a bit against main opponents, but Its for sure Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro are the ones that will be taking on the Main baddies for a reason.

in case you were wondering you were right about Usopp being the weakest before but Oda said that Usopp is still the weakest Straw Hat. Also the blade that was on Hordy's back was just a sleeve blade that covered his real fin. He's a shark Fishman so he has a back fin like regular sharks. Fukaboshi is a Shark Merman so he has the same thing.
