2021-10-15 05:09:54 +0000 UTCI mean technically it’s not totally wrong cuz the word in Japanese they use “akuma” means both Devil and Demon so it’s interchangeable. But yes in this show for the context it’s used in they are saying “akuma” as in Devil and not Demon. But it gets corrected later anyway

2021-10-15 03:07:47 +0000 UTCI'm not sure if anyone told you this yet but referring to the word soul magic devil as a demon was actually a translation screwup for the subs, both he and the being inside asta's grimoire that was shown in episode 63 are called Devils, not Demons, however that mistake was fixed in episode 116 as well as when the first episode was dubbed.
