New Monthly Test version 0.0092

- You can only give her money a limited amount of times depending on the chip
- Stats now include chip name
- New achievement "I love you"
- Now you can see what the achievements are about before getting them
- Achievements screen redesign
This release is the first release of the month, we have a second one closer around the 27th as usual.
The changes made on 0.0092 aim to improve EG's playability, but the next version will be more inclined toward content so...
