yeah later on is when it really kicks off. might be one of the best developed isekai anime ive seen yet and i have watched a lot of isekai. i still love Gate. but this one is a little up there. in terms of waifu?mm i might give it to Gate.

Yo ruff, don't get too hyped about this anime. It is great and I love it a lot, it's such a good isekai but still in comparison to HxH or JoJo's it's rather a mediocre anime. With the current season it actually became a 9/10 for me and before it was a 8/10 so (and I really like Isekai). Basically it's absolutely worth a reaction series and it is indeed great but especially this season really falls off as there were so many problems and misscommunication in the production towards the end of season so u might be a bit confused or even disappointed but if u react to slime u gotta get into season 2 too aswell and the beginning of this anime is also great as u will see. It is a really good anime but don't be too hyped about it as u will have too high expectations.

90% of the isekai are the same bullshit. So the genre is kinda of a meme nowdays so when good isekai's show up, its a nice surprise, so yeah, this anime pretty good for a genre that is already saturated on the market, however its too family friendly for my taste. Most of the times it just feels childish and infantile. I enjoy watching it, it has its originalities and its not the same bullshit we see in most isekai titles but its not made for a very mature audience and sometimes it feels just too silly. I watch before going to sleep because its way too litehearted. Its good but not great. My opinion

This is a really great anime. The second season is especially good. I think you need to get a few more episodes into it before the hype sets in - not that the early episodes are bad at ALL, but this is a show of set-up and build and so the first 5 or so episodes are preparing the stage for the awesomeness to come. It also has the MOST SPOILER-FILLED OPENING of any anime I have ever seen! Whether that is good or bad is hard to say, but seeing the sort of stuff that is to come later is pretty cool.

This Anime is actually great! I don't think the Hype is misplaced at all. Honestly, this is an anime worth reacting to, I found that every episode or two there is something hype happening. -On another note, I would recommend Drifters. It's Dark, it's an Isakai, and just the right about of History in it.

I love this anime it got me into the isekai genre. Also ruff the voice he is hearing is great sage one of his ability. It can talk to him and give him tons of information. It is predator that allows him to consume thing.

I watched/tried most of the isekai's or even all of them and I think slime is pretty good, definitely high on my list. But despite this, this is not my favourite isekai, my favourite isekai is Ascendance of a Bookworm. This is a anime where main character is a girl that reincarnates in a fantasy like world, sounds pretty standard, but goal for this girl is not to be the strongest or something like this, but to read books that she is obsessed with, sounds weird ikr, but imo this is really great. This anime is so unpopular and underrated compared to others isekai's, but maybe this is just because it's not a shounen. Overall checking this could be interesting I think.

This is fantastic. Glad you're doing this series. I didn't realize that the anime didn't add subtitles to the beginning, or maybe it's missing. In the manga, they let us know that the first scene was during World War 2, hence it then says "Present Day" in the following scene. EDIT: Absolutely want this and Kaguya-sama: Love is War to be continued.
