The anime does have a kind of closing but not everything is answered, the manga is about a houndred chapters ahead of the anime so stuff is being answered in there currently. You should probably start the manga rections here as well after the anime

BRUH.... that snake guy in the first ep gave me bellamy vibes. he did the spring hop and bouncing all over the places and got one hit too. lol. this likely came out first though i think. the parallels are crazy though.

Kind of. There are still definitely loose ends. And it wasn't really the anime that did that - 148 is pretty much directly adapted from that part of the manga, which Togashi made sort-of a conclusion in case people didn't want to continue beyond that part of the story. So it's not truly a closing, nor is it from the anime. But it is *an* ending that's satisfying enough, even with its loose ends.

I dont think episode 100 is a milestone eipsode. In my mind milestone episodes for HxH(And anime in general) are 126 and 131.
