With just a bit of delay, here comes the second progress report for Episode 3. I’m happy to share that writing is well underway—right now, the script sits at around 8,000 words, corresponding to 4 distinct scenes. For context, previous episodes landed between 20,000 and 23,000 words, so we’re making solid progress!
I'm not yet ready to announce a release date, but I want to have a release window for you in the next progress update. I can at least say that I'm making headway at a pace that is much much higher than when I was working on E2. Things are moving fast!
So what's this about a new feature? Let's see... Allow me to introduce you to...
Starting this episode, I’m introducing a touch of modularity to the narrative! This has been one of the most requested additions, and after lots of brainstorming, I’ve found a way to do it without compromising the game’s core structure or story.
So—how do you add sandbox elements to a primarily linear narrative game? You contain them.
Hunts are short, customizable gameplay segments that allow you to explore specific character dynamics and kink content, without causing massive narrative branching. Think of them as side quests. Here’s a rough look at the WIP UI:

Disclaimer: This is a WIP UI, it can and will change before release.
When starting a hunt, you’ll get to choose key parameters:
Your companion
The location
An accessory or piece of gear
These choices will shape the kind of scenes you experience — deepening your relationship with specific characters or exploring specific kinks (more on that soon 😉). The outcomes of hunts won’t drastically affect the core narrative of the episode, but they will help you shape future possibilities and unlock special content down the line.
So, want to woo Jade? Bring her on a hunt!
Want to push your Gabriel arc? Take him instead.
Want to explore a niche kink without altering the main storyline? The hunt system is built for that.
I want to be crystal clear: this game remains a narrative-first experience, with strong writing, sexual tension, and slow-burning character arcs. The hunt system is simply a way to enhance customization, not dilute the story.
That's all for today, I'll go back to writing now. Hope you're all having an amazing summer so far!
XOXO 💋
