Yeah part 5's manga isn't out yet physically in the west. Mainly due to it being the most heavily hit with copyright to my understanding. But when the hard cover books will be nice. As much as I personally say the anime fixes so many issues the part 5 manga has.

Yeah, the backstories in Part 5 are dark af. Golden Wind in general is dark af compared to 1-4, which is interesting when you compare the dark themes to the visual brightness you get from the Stands, outfits, and character designs. It's a pretty neat contrast. You see a poster of the crew, and it looks absolutely fabulous, but then you actually watch it and bam. And yeah, ofc it matches him so well. A Stand is the manifestation of its user's energy, or you cam also say it's a visual representation of its user's soul. Also, I think Purple Haze is arguably one of the most powerful Stands ever in JoJo's up to this point.

Trish doesn't have a stand, Pericolo mentioned this. However if her father has one she will most likely develop one. Fugo's virus can't enter the mirror through dead bodies since viruses are considered living organic things. When the crows died they automatically appeared in the mirror world because only dead or inanimate things appear there automatically like walls. Illuso is the one who controls what comes and goes from the mirror.
