People also forget that the lead designer of demons for the SMT series, Kaneko is a big JoJo fan and has had an interview with Araki. There's also I think it was on the back of the original Persona 1 manga where Kaneko said he walked into the office one day and said stands are cool let's make a game about that. Tl,dr: Persona is a JoJo reference
