This does bring up a question, would he be able to copy all of Chopper's forms if he was able to touch Chopper while he was transformed into them? Or does copying someone a second time overwrite the previous version of them you had stored?

The reason nami has all the money is because if she stops caring about money then the crew will literally die of hunger. As the crew is good hearted so they dont act rough and steal food so nami is kind of like who looks after the finances of the crew because she is the one who loves treasure the most and can prioritize money to actually supply for the huge amounts of food that luffy eats! Its like one of the roles that are not officially named but they go with character traits! You will also see something similar in other crew mates along the way!
