2020-08-17 02:26:32 +0000 UTCStands are manifestation of ones soul/mind/spirit etc. So abilities it has depends on persons inner mind and/or soul. That means stands can get stronger and more skilled if person grows his mind, becomes a stronger person etc. Regarding "the world", it technically was half Dio's half Jonathan's stand. And since all Joesters share a common bond their stands seem to be kinda similar too.
