April 23rd, 2017 Update
Added 2017-04-24 03:51:25 +0000 UTCManaged to finish by the end of the weekend as hoped. Barely. I haven't done a lot of proper shading work lately, and this background was quite different for me. Still, I think the overall result is pretty good. If I was going to do it again I would have sketched/partially lineworked the closest rocks just for some more gradual decrease of sharpness/detail over distance from the viewer.
