its one of those hospital shows
but there was a homeless guy who was after finding a stash of bombs
and theres one homemade bomb in it that one of them ends up havving to hold together
and theres a bombsquad guy that comes in and when it starts to smoke he takes it and throws himself on it
so like
im thinking explosive vest situation
