i feel like he just turned on everyone and Prompto is there to try and pull him back - if he can avoid being turned to stone first

2023-03-08 01:06:13 +0000 UTCI kind of felt like Prom hadnt been part of his retinue so he's from a time when Noctis was happier. When i was drawing i heard the dialogue like 'well well, if it isn't prompto argentum' like maybe this was prophesied and like in avengers there was only one way that it could be undone and that was with prompto. I also kind of felt that maybe prom had done this multiple times like he's in a groundhog day kind of situation and started really normal and has been growing stronger with each attempt and gets closer every time

Maybe appealing to the side of him that isn't the "chosen king" so much as just Noct. There not out of duty or perceived duty but out of love for him ;A;

You know what you were saying about ardyn whispering in Noct's ear - imagine him telling Noct that gladio has been in touch with Luna, and when Noctis confronts him he just stinks to his knees and tells Noctis he only ever did what he thought would help Noctis and he would accept his judgement. Maybe this would be close to getting through to Noctis but just not enough, his hand shake a little as he uses the spell. Also omg imagine the reaction when he releases them (ardyn can stay as a statue cxS)

The composition alone and the placement of everyone I just ;A; and ahhh but Noct's expression, how casual and mean he looks. Is so good ;A; so good. AND AND the implication that Iggy and Gladio accepted their fate, feels like they accepted this as punishment for their failure. Feels like giving up in a way. Like they saw no course of action other than this.
