but prom is an immortal

and like i saw him as kind of giving prophecies to the lucii

and when its Nocts turn to take over he has always hated this

'I don't see anything for you little Prince, go away'

'Havent you realised why yet Prompto?'

Prompto doesnt see any visions with himself in them

i just imagine him grinning at Noctis like

'you seem to think the vision is a good thing, maybe I kill you little Prince?'

And Nocts like: 'Well thats a price I would be willing to pay to atone for whats been done to you'

noctis takes an arrow with him each time he leaves 

Noctis would be as careful as he could when taking out the arrows

Oh man I just imagined

the King is the only one allowed in to Prompto

Maybe theres been instances where he's almost freed himself by spelling the more weak minded servants and guards

And Ignis is like 'Ugh Noct you pig D<'

And he sees a red smudge on the floor bends down to wipe and sees the arrows shoved under the bed

I pictured Gladio, Ignis and a dozen guards bursting in as Nocts easing out the last arrow

And theres a blast of wind, they have to shield their eyes and when they look up Prompto and Noctis are gone and the crystal is cracked in half

And after that Prom will free him

He's like 'I have a number of people I trust with my life and theyre also VERY strong

And then in the journey to returning Proms home to its former glory Noct and Prompto get close

He brings in his team

You can imagine them reappearing and everyones like 'OH SHIT'

*WEAPONS*

But no one can move to fire or attack

Prom rolls his eyes

And when Noctis is like okay, Gladio, Ignis, a handful of glaives

Then hes like 'SO next destination???'

Time to go get Luna

And then they free Proms home

Theyve only ever seen hurt and angry Prom

As time passes they see the real him before he was tortured and used

i imagine that the end result would be Prompto STILL workign with the Lucii to ensure their succession

But he comes and goes

Noctis once he steps down plans to go and stay with him

Until then he marries Luna, has heirs

rules well and fair

Noct an adult while Prom still calls him his little Prince
