Pumpkin has truly an amazing spirit and offers so many amazing spiritual properties! You asked for pumpkin recipes and bath/shower rituals in the 31 Days of Samhain 🤍🔮🌙 Content Idea List so this is a bit of a mixture. You can truly make this into any kind of working you'd like, I am going to make this into a bath blend with an Epsom salt base, and a herbal blend to make a candle with while bathing.
What You'll Need:
- Pumpkin puree or dried pumpkin powder
- Chamomile
- Clove
- Rubbed Sage
- Rose
- Calendula
- Orange Blossom Water
- Kananga Water
- Patchouli Water
- Yarrow
- Dominance Oil (leave oil out if you are making a floor wash)
- Cinnamon
- Fabuloso / pine sol / whatever is better for your floors.
- A mop
- Something to boil your water in
- Cheesecloth or an organza bag
- Mop pail
- If you are able to get fresh herbs for this floor wash please do, if you can not that is okay! Sweep your home from back to front, when you get to the front door sweep out of it as well. Once completely sweeper get tour pot of water to a boil. While that is heating up start prepping and praying over your herbs, one by one activate them and put them into the organza bag then into the mop pail and pour the boiling water over it. Allow the water and herbs to combine for 8-10 minutes then strain. While you are mopping the floors repeat:
