Self-Worth Affirmation and Candle Spell for Aphrodite

Good afternoon moon babes! Happy Aphrodite's Day! Today (and every day) is a good day for a self-worth affirmation. For this affirmation, you can speak them alone, while you are getting ready for the day, while you put on your oils or you can create a ritual around this!! I will share a simple candle spell to go along with today’s affirmation.

What You'll Need

- Pink chime or body candle

- Aphrodite Oil

- Rose Water

- Something to scribe your name into the candle

- Yourself

What to Do

If you live near the ocean and can access it, I would do this there. If you are landlocked / away from the ocean that’s fine too!

Cleanse yourself your space, and your tools, scribe your name into the candle, dress the candle with Aphrodite Oil and set out a wine glass or chalice with rose water as an offering for Aphrodite.

Meditate with your candle, raise the energy in your space, light the candle, and recite the affirmations until you start to believe them, truly. I like to do this while I undress either in front of the ocean, or in front of the mirror ( IF YOU HAVE IT LOCKED AND FEEL COMFORTABLE/ MIRROR WORK CAN BE OFF PUTTING TO SOME) I like doing this in front of the mirror with her because body dysmorphia is a bitch and I find solace in her help this way. Then get into the bath or ocean (with a bikini lol) and complete the ritual by going under the waves 3 times. If you are doing this inside you can finalize this ritual by saying thank you to Aphrodite and yourself, then closing your ritual space.

Aphrodite, Goddess of beauty, love, fertility, sex, protection, and war. Please hear my cries, I call upon you and your fierce power during this time as I work on my self-worth. I ask for your assistance to aid in this spell.

I am worthy of growing by letting myself learn from my mistakes.

I allow goodness to happen to me. Opportunities are freely flowing towards me daily.

I don't allow others to step over me. I am protective of my own energy, and aura.

I let myself feel support from others and allow myself room to ask for help.

I have grown so much and come so far. I am proud of myself and the hardships I face every day, and I keep moving on despite them.
