If Prompto himself cottoned on
Like, he is trying so hard to escape that he gouges strips out of 'Gladio's' arm
And it's later when they're sitting down he's like
...we have the same number of potions
and Gladio has no scratches
he wouldnt want it to happen to any of the others
So i feel like he'd bring it up
'Hey so for the last few weeks you've been bullying me and harrassing me, but i thought it was you until today so like, i totally dont blame you'
'Prompto you're not making any sense'
He's wearing his casual clothes
and he tugs down the neckline
and hes all bruised
Tbh they probably wouldnt believe him really at first
