Sadly i can't do much about that, it's entirely up to Pixiv to implement new features and improve PixivFANBOX, missing a lot of features honestly, like you suggested categories,things like folders, placing links for each category on the main page to avoid clogging the entire thing, etc etc.. Honestly something similar to dA would work wonders, but until then i ( we ) have to deal with it.
