I'm actually really excited for these next few pages. I wasn't sure at first where they were gonna land, but I love it when everything kinda lines up in a neat little row and makes me giggle with glee over just how well the puzzle pieces fit together. It's probably my favorite part of discovery writing, honestly. If I'm doing my job right, building out my characters right and letting them behave naturally, as they would given all their deepest wants, their inevitable encounters with others basically write themselves. And I love it when that also turns out to be probably the best thing I could have written from basically any other angle.
