I suppose it all depends on how realistic you want your animations to be. I'm more concerned with the effects created by certain ideas so this or that being unrealistic doesn't bother me. How I got into into things like fake looking breasts was by thinking about the new potential experiences that they open up instead of focusing on how realistic they look.

From my own studies, I've observed that, in general, a huge pair of breasts sway together from side-to-side when they are constrained in tight clothing, while they sway and swing in opposite ways when they are naked, first meeting in the middle and then swinging wide before repeating. Early on, I worked hard to animate the meeting in the middle, but it's difficult to achieve in a realistic fashion. And now that I widen her cleavage to show more of her nether regions, I haven't addressed it lately. I've also observed that busty women can emphasize the sway by exaggerating the natural twisting of their torsos, and I hope to experiment with this in the animation. In addition, I've learned that huge breasts tend to jiggle, quiver, and wobble while walking, as you said, without a great deal of bobbing or bouncing up and down.

Here are a few ideas about the subject.
