I understand your concern, Case, I also have a similar fetish and think about myself as a teen and how it would have been thrilling to have developed younger than I did. It is not much of a jump to consider it happening to other girls although there is considerable back lash from sexualizing teens, though, in today's internet climate, that seems laughable considering how sexualized the American teen already is.
