Grimgar of Fantasy and Ashes/Hai to Gensou no Grimgar This is an Isekai, but not any over powered, game mechanics nor like nowadays isekais. This isekai is more focused on a more realistic setting. Not even a man/woman at average would gain any stats or levels. Just pure skills, reality hitting them, and suffering. Season 1, 12 episodes total. A shame season 2 will never come. Still, I recommend to react to this. It's a hidden gem with music, voice acting and animated by AI Pictures.
