Unsatisfied with the previous photo taken, Penny had Kitty take more pictures with her, but it all had the same result: Kitty's nervous smile. She couldn't help it, the outfit is too skimpy for her tastes. No matter, Penny has a very simple solution to get Kitty to smile brightly. A tried and true method for as easy a prey as Kitty.

My first original tickle pic that isn't a commission since... I don't remember.
Definitely wanted to draw Kitty tickled after the new years pic. With such a revealing outfit, it'd be a sin not to tickle her. Sure Penny is in an even more revealing outfit, but she'll get what's coming to her some other time.
