Halloween Suggestions?

I feel like a Halloween party is a prime opportunity for more Intoxi-Kitty. Sure, we've seen that before, but come to think of it have we ever seen Intoxi-Kitty (while still intoxicated, not just the aftermath) tickled in self-defense/retaliation for her antics?

Of course what is expected happens... Will the witch confess? Does she even have something to confess?
