SFM progress all gone..

I had no choice but to reset my pc but to where it kept personal files, dew to a glitch not letting me get my password bar showing and every method I did didn't work. Since I did this all my important sfm files were listed in sfm itself under steam. When my pc recent it deleted every program which as fine... until I checked they were gone, I panicked and hurried to install sfm and they were still gone.. everything I had, progress on coms, animations, images, renders I haven't edited or images I haven't exported yet and my models I made are all gone. I did have a usermod folder from March 2023 but any progress from then to now is gone. I'll have to spend a good amount of time remaking everything and I apologize for a bit of a wait till I can post something new..
