Jan 2023 Status Update (Billing Still Paused) Update 1-24

Update 1-24-2034 @ 3:PM CST: Got Parts 1+2+3A done.  I still need to do a little more prep work for some of Ankhrono-Tan's battle sprites but this event is shaping up to be ready for the eventual MVP (minimal viable product).

Update 1-16-2023: Finished up the sketches for Part 1 of Titanic Reality's progressive event.  I'll be making another post that includes more sketches that I've been working on for a different image set based on a story.

Hello Everyone!  

Sorry that it has been over three months since I last posted.  Been working through the health side of things and they are going as well as they can be as I make an effort to stay on top of things regarding it.  With my health back on track adjusting to the new normal I have been able to find some time to get back into drawing when I can.  I've been working on a side image set that is based on a story and more art assets for Captura City.  

For the Captura City side of things, I've started putting together a lot of the art assets for one of the progressive events that can be found in the city.  While some of the events leading up to accessing this one still need to be done I figured I would spend some time getting various things done when I could even if a little out of order to keep things fresh.

This event involves another aspect of Captura City that makes it more collaborative as well, other artists Original Characters appearing around events.  This one features Tyara from ArtPhonon who was a streaming buddy back when we were streaming regularly on Picarto.  Tyara owns a VR parlor and is eager to get Ankhrono-Tan into a suit and test out her latest program, though it appears the enemies that Ankhrono-Tan is facing are a little over powered and need some bug fixing.

This sequence will feature some instant defeat scenarios and a juxtaposition of what is happening in VR and what is actually happening to Ankhrono-Tan in real life which I will have more on when the art assets are complete.

For now, please enjoy the work in progress sketches that I have and some of the finished battle sprites for the instant defeat situations.  It seems that Shrine Maiden Ankhrono-Tan wasn't able to reseal the escaped Latex Fox Goddess after all....
