May Sketch Practice (Updated 5-12-22)

Updated @ 11:15PM CST on 5-12-2022:  Did another sketch, this time a larger one with Hemmy, Nefret, and Mira chilling on the beach.... but hey, wait a minute, where is Selena?  Surely the Mira Co Rescue would stick together when relaxing on the beach.. right?  She certainly wouldn't be stuck inside Nefret, the goddess of predation, an OC of ShadedSeraphim... right?

Either way, another sketch done and many more to work on!  Summer fun with the Mira Co Rescue trio may be another side area to do, but we'll see what shakes out of the ol' updates first.  Until next time!

Updated @ 7:55PM CST on 5-9-2022: Got another set of sketches done (well technically one with alts) of Ankhrono-Tan as an Isis Egyptian Statue.  Though, it seems that this one is slightly different as she holds her pose with the hypnosis gem above her swirling around... She is a master of magic so I'm sure she is just fooling around and won't be stuck like this for a while.

It's nice to do these sorts of little sketch scenarios so I am hoping to continue doing them as it is easier to sit down and get these sketched out after work before taking care of the kiddo.  

I am a little curious if people would be interested in these colored sketches as a sort of cheaper commission option in the meantime.  They'd probably be 15-25$ depending on complexity but would be these sorts of single character in a situation type sketches with water color shading like all these examples.  

It rained again today so the pollen was down for today but I'm sure it'll be back to sapping the energy soon.  Until next time!

Update @ 9:10PM CST on 5-8-2022:  I hope everyone had a good mother's day!  We certainly had a lot to celebrate around here with the kiddo and moms!  

Trying to get back into the swing of doing daily(ish) sketches and this time I was doing prompts of different hairstyles for Ankhrono-Tan.  What is interesting is her personality seems to take on a life of its own when she has different hair, or just my mood that day doodling.  So far she tried short hair and a high ponytail... perhaps some more to come.

Allergies have been sapping my energy something fierce now that sunny weather has returned and tree pollen is free to wreck havoc.  I wish everyone with spring allergies the best of luck and remember to stay hydrated as your body attempts to dismantle itself to ward off a non existent spring threat.  Until next time!

Hello Everyone!

Another month and some more sketch practice.  Been trying to keep on top of drawing but have mostly found time to sit down and do these sketches as practice to both work on just drawing for fun and from word prompts that get put together.

Today's prompts were Horny Jail and Summer/Beach.  The horny jail situation is inspired by NuraShiny's Horny Jail commissions they've been getting from various artists based on their VTuber Model.  You can check them out here.
