Quicksand Tiles - On Map Event (Update 11/7/2020)

Update on 11/7/2020 @ 9:35PM CST:  Hi!  Finished off the Quicksand Tile On Map Events on tonight's stream.

To finish of Mira's events, she is quickly gobbled up to her hips by the Quicksand Worm and soon only the soles of her feet are visible before they too slip beneath the mire.

The group then stands petrified as a unified statue at the center of the room for the Sphinx to admire before using the group's mana to finally escape from this place.

I also got another Stream Card done.  This one features Little Webby as she tries to distract Ankhrono-Tan from streaming but our mascot is determined to stream even if it delays some fun times.  I'll be doing a "Stream Ending" card soon which will have Little Webby finally convincing her to join her for a bit of partying.

There were quite a few different thumbnails I made for the Stream Starting Card too so I've included the other options.  I may draw some of them for more practice but for now enjoy the thumbnails! 

(SLIGHT EDIT)We'll be moving on to the Shadow Entity next!  We've already completed Selena's Event so we only have 8 more to finish for that set!  Hopefully we'll get them completed early and be able to move on to the last set, the Hypnotic Fruit.

Previous update on 11/5/2020:  Hello Everyone!  I was able to get four more images done for the Quicksand Tiles on tonight's stream.  Was a little tired after work so I didn't go as long again.  I should be able to finish up the remaining three images (Part 2 and 3 of Mira's event and the overall, final result of all three party members) on Saturday's stream.  As a heads up though, I believe Picarto.tv may be going through some server updates in the next week so streams may be temporarily postponed until Picarto returns.

Hemmy's event continues to her trying to climb out of the deep pit she finds herself in that is quickly filling with quicksand; however, she is soon overwhelmed by the muck and sinks beneath the surface with her hands still hoping someone will help her out of her predicament but to no avail.

Mira steps onto another trapped tile but uses her levitation magic to simply float above the quicksand below to avoid a similar fate to her friends; however, this time a quicksand worm springs out of the mire and quickly engulfs Mira's head.

I've also added the BRB message for when I go on breaks during the stream.  This one is Ankhrono-Tan eating a big burger.  Now I'm off to go eat something (hopefully a burger).

Previous update on 11/3/2020:  Hello!  I was able to get the rest of Selena's Quicksand Tile Event images done including her final result image.  I also got the first part of Hemmy's event done as well before calling it a night.  I've also been working on drawing more picarto stream artwork/banners/etc since I've been regularly streaming for a couple months now and figured I'd spruce it up now that the account has a proper mascot to use.  I've included the Offline Artwork and Chat Banner in the images as well this update.

For Selena, it seems that her friends were unable to get her out of the quicksand as she sinks further and further out of sight.  After disappearing, she reappears later as a statue.

For Hemmy, it appears that she fell into a deeper pit filled with quicksand and is a bit sore from the landing; however, while the soft sand beneath her may have cushioned some of her fall, it quickly springs to life around her.

Hello everyone!

I was also able to get one of the Quicksand Tiles On Map Events done on tonight's stream as well.  I'll be focusing on the rest next week and hopefully get this set wrapped up in a timely manner as well!

It seems Selena is the first to step into the trapped floor tile and is trying to get a little help from her friends but the quicksand doesn't seem to be letting go of its new prize.
