So it becomes a game of one-up-manship to be manlier and more grown up than the others until the locker room smells like a toxic waste ground. At some point they learn that dunking themself in a years worth of perfume at once is not a good idea if they want to seem mature to the ladies, at which point the air in the locker room becomes breathable again.

I just asked my sisters' boyfriend about his locker room experiences and he said: - looooooots of deodorant - boys behave like a brainless mob - hitting each others back with bare hands as hard as you can - hitting each other with towels as hard as you can Girls are more on the mental pressure side, comparing each others bodies, disparaging glances etc.
