For those who did not know about this 18+ doujin novel, it is about an unlucky(?) man who became a guinea pig for a sexual-arousing medicine with a little side effect. And that "little" side effect requires him to XXX with girl(s) at least once every 24 hours or else he will die (LOL)
My workload was a bit loaded in the past month because I need to do illust for this novel. (5 colored, and 10 B&W). And since I have drawn them, I think I will give them as rewards. LOL. > v <) + b

Looks great but by looking at the reference shouldn't the bust be bigger on the darker skinned woman.
