Easy Guitar Songs - The Times They Are A Changin' By Bob Dylan

Hello friends,

In today's lesson I'll break down one of the most important songs of the civil rights era in Bob Dylan's 1964 classic "The Times They Are A-Changin'". I'll take you through the songs five verses and demonstrate how to perform simple, beginner friendly strumming techniques in 3/4 time. Let's get started!

Hi, thank you for your lesson. I like your teaching style. Is there any lesson for harmonica part? I want to learn it complete as you play it.

Thanks for helping me through the process with getting Patreon to fix this. They tell me the issue has been resolved.

Rob another one I can't download, the rest of the Dylan songs are ok.

Your rendition was amazing. It's always a pleasure to learn with you, and so much fun. Thanks, Rob.

Another winner, Rob. Been playing this song for a while without knowing what to do with those previously "foreign" (to me) chords in the busker section. You cleared up a bunch here, and I always love that you teach the embellishments, those walk ups and strumming options, which really dress up the song. Gosh, you're good!

A beginner harmonica lesson for this would be awesome or at least harmonica tabs .

Hi Rob. Thanks for the Dylan song; I'd been hoping you would teach this one. I would also love to learn Dylan and/or Van Ronk's version of "House of the Rising Sun" (insyead of the Animal's vs .). You might take a look at the chord chart for C+9 which is spelled-out on screen at 4:05 as X32010 (actually C Major). The tab shows this correctly though. BTW, thanks for the excellent tab.
