Both of her arms are broken and needs to be put in plaster casts! Nurse diligently apply layer after layer of plaster to both of Betty's arms. Once the cast is set, she is free to go home.
But once she arrives in her apartment, she sees that even a previously simple task, now will be a challenge!

You should add this "shiny" effect in all plaster casts for "one day later" or "few weeks later" casts. It gives realism and beautifulness. Good job!
