I think my favorite thing about Creed is that he is played by Creed Bratton from the grass roots. He's just playing himself in the office. Also, he was originally cast as a background (I think maybe even unnamed) character, and he got a permanent spot by improvising scenes. If you rewatch the pilot there are a couple of extra characters who didn't make it to episode 2, but Creed was just too good.
