Recently I have had a lot of people message me and ask and some even complain why I use the same hair styles on my models and there is a very good reason for that. Over the years I have bought some very nice longer hair styles with the hope that they would fit well on my models, but unfortunately 98% of them don't. On a normal model the hair looks great and flows really nicely, but on my bigger ladies they distort, cut into the body and just look terrible in my opinion. I even increase the adjustments on the hair to over the maximum limits and they still cut into the model and make the distortions even worse. I thought the best way to explain it was to show you some comparison images of how the hair fits on a normal shape model and how they look on my models. If this is the way the hair looks in a stagnant pose you can only image how it would look in some of the poses I put my models in when they are getting down to business. So, this is the main reason I use tied back hair (which the ponytail still bends and distorts) shorter hair and if I'm lucky some shoulder length hair. I am perfectionist when it comes to my Art and I like things to look the best they can be, this includes fixing poke through of skin through clothes.
I know this is not a very exciting post, but I wanted to address the issue because I have had a lot of people question me about it. I am always on the lookout for hair that will work and that looks sexy as well.
