And then I screenshotted it to send to Ms.O, who had been coaching me to be brave, but what I actually did in my excitement was send the screenshot immediately back to Max. 💀
I made up a silly excuse for my mis-fire, and we did indeed meet up Wednesday for drinks. The rest is a sweet and strange history, and I am so grateful for it. 💘
So many more brave steps came after this text and they all led me to a happier place. This is just a reminder to send that risky text, shoot your shot, be courageous. Life rewards that kind of thing. ✨
