Now that we’ve had 14 of these magical nights I can say with certainty, there is a particular kind of girl who gets the most courage at the latest hour. And gosh do I adore that kind of girl. They watch all night, taking it in, and as the finality of bedtime inches closer their bravery grows and they ask for things.
Betty was one of those girls initially, but now she starts the night brave. What an evolution. I love the way the flogger she’s using looks like a firework. It matches the loud POP it made in real life when it hit Lexie’s skin.
