New V-Tuber Model FOR YOU!

Luci has been mulling around with the idea, and she's decided to work on a new V-Tuber model to provide to the community! That's right, YOU will all have access to a brand new V-Tuber model that you get to use for anything you like! Streaming, roleplay, reaction videos, or just plain fun with your friends on video calls!
But wait- YOU get to decide who gets created! This V-Tuber model will have all the basic functionality you can expect out of a Live2D style V-Tuber model, including face tracking, blinking eyes, lip sync, and so on to use with your V-Tuber software of choice, such as FaceRig or VTube Studio
This first one will be a MEGAMAN character, but future models may be from OTHER series! Let us know which ones you would like to see!
