Who Exactly Are....Dr. Light and Dr. Wily?

Their relationship is so intertwined that making two videos about the subject seemed pointless as I would be repeating myself.
Pull it up, sit back, and listen to me try to justify the actions of two old men who improved and them promptly ruined the world! At the end I talk about Santa Claus and Wayne's World! It'll make sense when you get there...
