So she sweats in the sauna, expelling all of her own fluids to reduce her hit area.
(Actually, her Hyperballs produce semen indefinitely, so it's impossible to expel them all, but whatever.)
No one knows whether it actually helps reduce her area or not, but it actually seems to have a good effect in battle, perhaps because she enjoys a lot of pleasure and relaxes.
