I was planning on revealing this glorious photo on Devil’s Night but I simply can’t wait any longer.

Behold!

As the night begins we meet in a circle to go over rules of engagement. We also introduce ourselves, and guests have an opportunity to tell the group something they were hoping for that evening… an intention, a desire, a request, a fantasy…

Here is Flor, many hours later, getting *precisely* what she asked for.

The owner of the mansion we throw these events at is a powerfully witchy artist and curator who is known in our city for her brash and creative projects. In the kitchen of this gorgeous house there’s a newspaper article stuck to the fridge with a magnet. In the article the artist is interviewed about her unique lifestyle and vows to stay in the mansion forever (which bodes well for us!).

I’m in the kitchen, the party is in full swing, and I read the article as I’m grabbing another bottle of prosecco from the fridge. The sounds of Beyoncé’s new album and my beautiful friends shrieking and laughing follows me down the hall. I smirk when I read the owners advice:
