WHAT A GIFT 🙀

This week I got a big package in the mail and I was so surprised.... ANNA KNITTED ME A FUCKING SWEATER!!!

This is one of the best gifts I’ve ever received and it’s also now my very favourite most treasured piece of clothing. The colours??? The giant oversized sleeves for my sensory-sensitive ass??? The fleur-de-lis pattern!?!?!? Gah!!! 🥺 It’s so beautiful and so thoughtful and I can’t believe it, I’ve barely taken it off.

It’s a magical good luck sweater (obv) because not only did she accidentally knit several of her own hairs into it (swoon!!!) but she threw it on for a virtual job interview and NAILED IT. So it’s covered in good juju. And guess what? The first day I wore it was one of the best days I’ve had in a long time, the sun was out and I was glowing from within AND ONE OF MY SIBLINGS ENDED A VERY TOXIC VERY SHITTY RELATIONSHIP!!!! What a blessing and what a fantastic new chapter.

I joked with my therapist that maybe I would start a trend in my family by standing up and saying “enough is enough” (I come from a long line of people who are too afraid to say it) and I have.

It’s kinda great. 🙇🏻‍♀️

Anyways I have the really very best friends and the way my coven has made me feel so loved through all of this has been heavenly.
