This is a random snapshot from the beginning of the night. The Beekeeper was crouched on the floor working on “intention art” (more on that later) and also being very useful as a footstool for Anna. (Who looked fucking gorgeous!) (Sidenote, everyone looked gorgeous. We just spend the night screaming about how hot everyone looks.)
You can see me to the side clutching my phone and frazzled, waiting for the last few guests (who were quite late) to arrive so we could layout ground rules and start the festivities. I have to remember that the festivities have already begun! (As evidenced by this photo.)
This event felt very chaotic for me at the beginning. Partly because this event had 35 people, as opposed to the previous 25-people events. Naturally that takes more work. But also because I need to find a better way to make the point that being on time is not optional.
My goal next time is to not stress about it, because it always works out. I write notes after each event, things to remember next time, and that’s one of them. Along with some changes in how we structure our pre-party prep time. I’m a student of the gay lady orgy, I’m perpetually learning.
