He was the only partner I’ve ever had who would say “Wait, don’t move, let me take your picture, just like this.” It made me feel beautiful, remarkable even. I posted a couple close ups from this shoot on tumblr back then, but not this one because of my tattoo. I’m glad I can share it here now.
